Healing through touch

My gift is to be able to hold a space where you are able to explore and get curious about what is happening in your body.

What emotions, memories, gifts, stories, wisdom.... is your body holding in its tissues? Are you ready to ask and listen?

I use my gifts of intuition to listen for what your body and spirit are asking to be witnessed. Every session begins with an oracle card reading to ground into your intentions for the session. The reading will be emailed to you so you can return to its messages as you integrate the healing of the session.

Every treatment is unique as I use a variety of tools involving reflexology, craniosacral therapy, reiki, shamanic tools, energy healing, massage therapy, mind body integration techniques and compassionate inquiry dialogue.
